All the free accounts have been removed from the database as they are no longer needed to access a free version of sqlReports, which can be found under the Downloads menu.

All remaining accounts are just those individuals with past or present subscriptions. 


I logged in but I can't access anything - what happened?

Sometimes browsers will have caching issue.  Try logging in with a different browser and if that works, go back to your original browser and either clear the browser cache or delete from your history, and try logging in again.

How long does it take for the reset password email to arrive?

It should arrive within seconds.  If you don't see it in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder or make sure your email server isn't blocking emails from

Can I change my contact email address?

Yes - once you're logged into the site, you can go to the Account Information page under the Login menu and change your email address.  The email address you enter is the one that will receive any reset password emails.

Can I change my username?

No - usernames must be unique and are based on work email addresses.  If your work email address has changed, please contact Matt with the new address and he will change the username.

We have a current site subscription but the account holder left the district - what do we do?

Contact Matt (matt @ and he will update the account.

Can our current site subscription have more logins besides the primary contact?

Yes - the primary ontact will need to email Matt via the main subscription email account (matt @ a list of names and email addresses to add.  Only email addresses from the customer's domain name will be added.
